Guidelines

Damaged, defective or incorrect products may be returned within 30 days for exchange only.

Product must be in original condition and include all components. Once your damaged, defective or incorrect product is received and processed, you will be notified via email.  We do not accept returns for refund.

Shipping & Handling Fees

For damaged, defective or incorrect products, Beachware, LLC will cover the cost of the return shipping.

To send a damaged, defective or incorrect product back to us, include the original shipping invoice that accompanied your Beach Glass and indicate reason for exchange on the back of the invoice. Use the shipping carrier most convenient for you, and send the package to the following address, where your exchange will be processed:
